Santax Nordic Group acquired 60% of Paxot Oy
Santax and Paxot join forces!
Santax Nordic Group acquired 60% of Paxot Oy and, will in the future join forces. Outi Räsänen will head Nordic Sales of Paxot Products for Santax Medico as of May 1st 2024. Santax Medico is excited to expand it portfolio of "own branded" X-Ray Accessories of the Paxot company and, at the same time "Paxot Oy" remains a supplier of "OEM products".
All hospitals and, clinics will in future be served by Outi through the Santax Medico brand and, Manufacturers of X-Ray equipment remain customers of Paxot Oy.
Paxot Oy: was founded in 2005 by Outi Räsänen and, Päivi Hirvonen. They design and manufacture X-ray accessories products made in Finland.
Santax Nordic Group: was founded in 1954 and is a Danish, family owned company with Medical Imaging products and a large service organisation. Today, Santax Medico serves customers in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland with 65 employees in all four countries.
